WORK FOR HIRE AGREEMENT PARTIES This Work For Hire Agreement is entered into on _______, by and between _______, (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”), and Create A Site For Me (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”) (collectively referred to as the “Parties”). LIST OF SERVICES PROVIDED AND THEIR PRICES During the period of this Agreement, the Service Provider shall have the responsibility to perform and provide the following services (hereinafter referred to as “Services”) to the Client: -The services of choice. The Services are to be paid for as follows: Upfront. Before work begins (e-transfer) Payment Plan Agreement OWNERSHIP The Parties acknowledge that all work produced by the Service Provider while delivering the services will be solely owned by the Client, who may utilize it without any limitations. TERM OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall be effective on the date of the signing of this Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Start Date”) and will end when either Party says “Done” (hereinafter referred to as the “Done Date”) RELATIONSHIP OF THE PARTIES Hereby, the Parties agree that this is a non-exclusive agreement and that the Parties are regarded as independent contractors. The parties agree that generosity and kindness are the foundation. It is agreed upon wholeheartedly that peace between both parties is vital for success. DISCLAIMER However, the Service Provider does not represent or warrant that such Services provided in this Agreement will create additional sales, exposure, brand recognition, profits, or other benefits. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Under no circumstances will either party be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits) arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the transactions it contemplates (whether for breach of contract, creating an “Done Date”, or another form of action) in case such is not related to the direct result of one of the party’s negligence or breach. GOVERNING LAW This Agreement shall be regulated by and interpreted in line with divine law. (Mathew 25:40) 40. Both Parties agree to treat one another as they would wish to be treated.
