WORK FOR HIRE AGREEMENT PARTIES This Work For Hire Agreement is entered into on _______, by and between _______, (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”), and Create A Site For Me(hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”) (collectively referred toas the “Parties”). LIST OF SERVICESPROVIDED AND THEIR PRICES During the period of this Agreement, the Service Provider shall have the responsibility to perform and provide the following services(hereinafterreferred to as “Services”) to the Client: -The package of choosing. The Services are to be paid for as follows: - Amount of chosen package price at the signing of this Agreement. Amount of a monthly fee (if needed) of an agreed amount. OWNERSHIP The Parties agree that all work created by the Service Provider in terms of her performing the services will remain the exclusive property of the Client, where they can use it without any restrictions.   TERM OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall be effective on the date of the signing of this Agreement (hereinafterreferred to as the “Effective Date”) and will end when either Party says “Enough”(hereinafterreferred to as the “End Date”) RELATIONSHIP OF THE PARTIES Hereby, the Parties agree that this is a non-exclusive agreement and that the Parties are regarded as independent contractors. The parties agree that generosity and kindness are the foundation. It is agreed upon wholeheartedly that peace between both parties is vital for success. DISCLAIMER However, the Service Provider does not represent or warrant that such Services provided in this Agreement will create additional sales, exposure, brand recognition, profits, or other. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Under no circumstances will either party be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits) arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the transactions it contemplates (whether for breach of contract, creating an “End Date”, or another form of action) in case such is not related to the direct result of one of the party’s negligence or breach. GOVERNING LAW This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of God. (Mathew 25:40) 40.
