General Questions

Some general questions you may have when you start building a website, like, How long will it take before my website is up and running? Let me answer some of those questions.

Q: How long will it take before my website is up and running?
A: Depending on the size of the website that is being built. A simple 1-page website usually takes about a month. A more complicated 8-page website can take anywhere from three to six months. Some projects, like e-Commerce websites, can take longer.

Q: Do pictures really matter?
A: Yes, pictures on your website really do matter. The better your pictures look, the better your website looks. Picture having spent time getting all dressed nice and when you put on your shoes, they are muddy and the dog got to them. Well, your website's pictures have the same effect. Also, pictures are a big part of your SEO needs.

Q: How many pages will my website need?
A: The number of pages that a website needs, depends on the needs of the website.

Q: When I hire a Website Designer, do I need to help?
A: Yes and no. For the most part, your Website Designer can handle it all. Except when your email is required for setup. Or when valuable information is needed for your website. It takes a team to get a website up and running smoothly. Working with your Website Designer will only make your website launch faster.
